Hi Emily,

thanks for reaching out — we'd be glad to quote an oak staircase for your house in Denver.

To put together an accurate quote, could you send us a few more details:

- Exact staircase dimensions (width, riser height, run length)
- Shape and construction (straight run, winder, with a landing, etc.) — a technical drawing or sketch would help most
- Preferred finish (varnish, oil, color)
- Rough budget
- Target completion date

Once we have this we'll get back to you with a quote within 2 business days.

Best regards

Companies that live on quote requests

If your quotes come together from emails, PDFs and phone calls — this is built for you. No CRM, no ERP, just the tools you already use.

Manufacturing
"Please quote 200 units per the drawing"

Inquiries with drawings and PDF specs. The system reads the attachments, extracts line items, and flags what to double-check before you send a price.

Construction
"Bill of quantities attached, please quote"

Cost estimates and bills of quantities running dozens of pages. The system goes through them line by line and flags red flags — gaps, penalty clauses, unusual terms.

B2B Services
"How much would this cost for us?"

Lots of short inquiries by email and phone. The system consolidates them into a single register and drafts replies, so no lead gets stuck in the inbox.

Nothing goes out without your click

Automating quotes touches money and client relationships. That's why control stays on your side.

A human approves every reply

The system never sends anything on its own. It prepares a draft — you read it, edit it and send it. It's your signature on the offer, not "AI".

Your data stays under control

We design the data handling with GDPR in mind, so company and client data doesn't travel anywhere it doesn't need to. We agree the scope and location before implementation.

You can see what the system did

Every step is logged and monitored. If something goes wrong, you know what happened and where — nothing happens in a "black box".

The demo runs on sample data only

What you see on this page runs on prepared sample data. We only connect it to your real inquiries once we've agreed the rules and scope.

We don't claim that "GDPR compliance is handled by default" — that always depends on the specific implementation. We treat privacy and security as part of the project, not an afterthought.

From first call to live — in 3 weeks

No months-long projects and no expensive infrastructure. We start small, on a single process.

  1. 01

    Call (30 min)

You show us how inquiries are handled today. We show you a demo built on your real examples — no strings attached.

  2. 02

    Paid pilot

We roll out one specific process on your inbox. Short, measurable — you check live whether it works for you. The pilot is a fixed price for the agreed scope — typically from €2,900 net, known before we start.

  3. 03

    Fixed price, known upfront

We agree scope and price before we start. No hourly billing, no surprises on the invoice. You know what you're paying for.

You're not buying a "pig in a poke." You start with a call and a pilot, not a big rollout done blind.

Before you ask

Does the system send emails to clients on its own?

No. The system drafts a reply, but nothing goes out without your click. You can always edit the text before sending — it's your name on the offer.

Do I need a CRM or some other system to use this?

No. We assume you work with email, Excel, PDFs and the phone — and it's built for exactly that. You don't need to set anything up or change anything beforehand.

What about data and GDPR?

We treat privacy and security as part of the project. We agree the scope and location of data processing before implementation, and every step the system takes is logged. We don't claim "ready-made compliance" — that always depends on the specific implementation, and we work it out together.

How long does implementation take?

Usually around 3 weeks from decision to a live process. Before that, we run a short, paid pilot so you can check the results live before we expand the scope.

What if the system gets something wrong?

That's why a human approves every reply. You see the draft before anything reaches the client, and the logs show what the system based its proposal on. Mistakes get caught before sending, not after.

How much does it cost?

A single-process pilot typically starts at €2,900 net — a fixed price for a fixed scope, known before we start, not hourly billing. The price is fixed because the scope is fixed: one specific process, implementation, two weeks running under supervision, and a results report — all in about 3 weeks. If it turns out you need more — an additional process, integrations with your systems — we quote that separately, ideally after the pilot, once we know exactly what we're automating and what it's worth to you.
